Every investment through this platform carries the following risks:
The value of the investment may fall below the initial amount. Not guaranteed no minimum return. In case of project failure there is a possibility total loss of invested funds.
Investments through SPV structures are illiquid. There is no guaranteed the possibility of selling or transferring shares before the end of the project. Secondary transfer is possible only with the company's prior consent KYC verification of the recipient.
Projects in the development phase are exposed to risks of delays, budget overruns, budget, regulatory changes, market conditions and force majeure events. Projected timings and yields may differ significantly from actual results.
Investing in a single or small number of projects means high concentration of risk. We recommend diversifying your portfolio.
Changes in the regulatory framework that relates to real estate, SPV structures or the platform for alternative investments may have a negative impact on the value or operability of the investments.

The platform is not liable for investment losses, missed opportunities, delays in projects nor for damages caused by market changes. The total liability of the platform is limited to the amount of fees that the user has paid for using the platform.
These terms are interpreted in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Serbia. The competent court in Belgrade shall have jurisdiction over any disputes.
KYC documents are stored in encrypted form for a minimum of 5 years from the date of the last transaction, in accordance with legal requirements. Transaction data is stored for 10 years.

Legacy Connect d.o.o. applies procedures to prevent money laundering (AML) and financing of terrorism (CFT) in accordance with the applicable legislation.
Every investor must complete identity verification before investing. The process includes submitting a valid identification document and a photo of the face (selfie). The platform reserves the right to request additional documents.
The platform has the right and obligation to report suspicious transactions competent authorities. Investments from high risk jurisdictions may be rejected.
